2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure
3. Fiscal year: October 1 through September 30

The District consists of 293 acres plus or minus within Sections 16 and 17, Township 36 South, Range 40 East located in the corporate limits of the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida east of St. James Drive (South 25th Street), to the western banks of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River, lying northerly of the Florida Power & Light right-of-way.
